The IMPACT Framework

Six independent reads for evaluating senior technology and executive fit. Calibrated across 250+ engaged placements since 2000. Use in any hiring committee — Sercxi-run or otherwise.

  1. I01

    Integration

PromptWhere has this leader held credibility in the boardroom AND the standup — inside the same week?

Fail modeBoardroom-fluent only. Or engineering-respected only. Rarely both.

  2. M02

    Motivational Archaeology

PromptWhy did they take the last three roles they took? Trace the pattern, not the title.

Fail modeMotivated by title, comp, or brand. Leaves at the hard middle.

  3. P03

    Precision Under Ambiguity

PromptWhen the map was incomplete, what did they treat as reversible, locked, or deferred?

Fail modeReckless certainty. Or paralysis. Either kills the mandate.

  4. A04

    Accountability Architecture

PromptWhat did they stay for that others left? What scar tissue did they build?

Fail modeCareer built on exits before consequences arrived.

  5. C05

    Conviction Depth

PromptWhen the board asked 'are you sure?' — what evidence held them to their call?

Fail modeConsensus-seeking. Or stubbornness without evidence.

  6. T06

    Trust Mechanics

PromptHow did they build credibility across functions, levels and time zones in the first ninety days?

Fail modeTrust built in one culture, assumed to transfer to another.

How to use — 15 minutes

  1. Score each candidate independently across all six dimensions (1–5). No composite.
  2. Committee members score separately, then compare deltas. Discuss the deltas, not the totals.
  3. Any dimension < 3 for a C-level seat is disqualifying regardless of the other five.
  4. Ask for evidence, not narrative. If it cannot be traced to a decision they made, it does not count.
