Candidate Privacy Notice

You are being contacted by a partner of Sercxi, a private executive search firm. Depending on the mandate, the responsible contracting entity is one of Sercxi B.V. (EMEA), Sercxi Pte. Ltd. (APAC) or Sercxi DMCC (GCC).

We may hold your professional information — name, employer, role, publicly available profile data, and (where you share it) contact details and remuneration — because you are of potential interest to a client mandate, or as part of our long-term market mapping. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), consent under PDPA / APPI where required, and the equivalent basis under PDPL and PIPL.

We may use AI-assisted tools (including the Sercxi APEX Signal) to enrich publicly available information about you. No automated decision producing legal or similarly significant effects is made without meaningful human review by a Sercxi partner. Detail is available on the AI Disclosure page.

We share information with the client only after your explicit consent and with the scope you agree. We do not sell candidate data. Vetted subprocessors used for our platform are listed on the Subprocessors register.

For the duration of an active mandate plus up to 24 months for legitimate market-mapping interest, after which data is anonymised or deleted. You may request deletion at any time.

You have the right to access, rectify, restrict, object to processing, and (where the lawful basis permits) delete your personal data. You have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, email privacy@sercxi.io.

You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority: the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (NL), the PDPC (SG), the UAE Data Office, SDAIA (KSA), the PPC (JP), or the CAC (CN).
