SA.1 Presence
Riyadh is a satellite of the GCC hub. KSA-related mandates are contracted by the GCC entity, with local counsel engaged where the mandate materially touches Saudi soil.
SA.2 SDAIA PDPL
Personal data of individuals in KSA is processed in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law issued by SDAIA. Cross-border transfer relies on the mechanisms permitted by the executive regulations, with data-localisation defaults respected where applicable.
SA.3 Recruitment Regulation
Sercxi does not operate a Musaned / Qiwa-registered domestic-worker or labour-supply channel. Executive search advisory is provided directly to corporate clients under the Master Terms; any hire is contracted by the Client as employer of record.
SA.4 Saudisation
Sercxi will disclose the Nitaqat implications of a candidate profile where material to the brief but does not warrant Nitaqat classification outcomes.
