Governance suite aligned with the signed Recruitment Services Agreement template. Master Terms and Schedule A now state a single engaged (retained) fee basis for every mandate, with rates, retainer amounts and any minimum fee held in the Engagement Letter rather than published; the 10 working-day payment window with a 10% late-payment surcharge and the 1-month replacement window are unchanged. Default forum switched to the courts of Amsterdam under Dutch law, with corridor arbitration retained as an opt-in rider in the Engagement Letter. Retainer-forfeit added for exclusivity breach. APAC and GCC annexes now carry a 'pending local incorporation' interim-posture banner (mandates presently contracted by Sercxi B.V.). All corridor documents version-bumped and re-dated.

Governance suite restructured into a modular hub with jurisdiction-specific annexes. Master Terms expanded to include liability cap, fee-protection, off-limits, AI disclosure, force-majeure, and precedence clauses. Candidate Privacy Notice, AI Disclosure, Off-Limits Policy and Subprocessor Register introduced as standalone documents.

PDPL (UAE) section added to Privacy Policy. Terms of Engagement lightly revised.
